Manage a portfolio of IT products and their roadmaps to ensure functionality aligns with company needs. Lead vendor relationships and supervise senior configurators to drive continuous improvement in product processes.
Requires at least 3 years of experience in software development and configuration, specifically with Salesforce, Fusion, and Everbridge. Candidates must have subject matter expertise in business resiliency, risk management, or compliance.

This position will include a portfolio of products and will require managing the priority roadmap for IT products to ensure that the applications deliver the required functionality to the company.
Work Shift: Either European or North America work hours
