What We’re Looking For:✔ Veterinary clinic experience required, with previous supervisory or leadership experience.✔ Technician candidates are highly preferred, especially those who love coaching and mentoring.✔ A passion for creating a positive workplace culture and driving practice growth.✔ A willingness to work “on the floor” as needed (technician or receptionist duties, depending on experience).

 

Your Role & Responsibilities:🔹 Oversee the hospital’s day-to-day operations, including financial management, budgeting, and key performance indicators (KPIs).🔹 Lead and support the technician and receptionist teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.🔹 Ensure excellent client service and patient care, upholding our practice’s reputation in the community.🔹 Work alongside our team when needed to provide hands-on support in a clinical role.
