The Senior Project Leader manages complex engineering projects by providing technical direction and leadership to cross-functional teams. They are responsible for ensuring projects meet budgetary, scheduling, and design requirements while overseeing the entire product development lifecycle.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and possess at least 10 years of relevant engineering experience. Proficiency in project management methodologies and a strong aptitude in mechanical or electrical engineering are required.

The Senior Project Leader is responsible for managing multiple moderate to highly complex engineering projects with minimal direction. Individuals in this position will provide project management and necessary technical direction to assure successful and timely implementation of projects.
