Als Servicetechnicus buitendienst regio Apeldoorn zorg je ervoor dat de Miele apparatuur bij onze klanten thuis optimaal functioneert. Je onderhoudt bijvoorbeeld een nieuwe stoomoven bij een klant waar net een moderne nieuwe keuken is geplaatst. Of je rijdt met jouw servicebus naar een gezin waarvan de Miele wasmachine een complexe foutmelding geeft. Elke situatie is anders en weet jij op te lossen met de Premium Service welke jij verleent.
Zelf leer je elke dag meer. Je volgt trainingen, kunt sparren met je team en leert ook on the job. En wil jij doorgroeien naar de functie van Technisch Specialist of een andere discipline binnen Miele? Dan behoort dat zeker tot de mogelijkheden.
Jij repareert en onderhoudt de apparatuur bij onze klanten op locatie. Ook adviseer je hen over het gebruik, onderhoud en eventueel een nieuw apparaat;
Als Service Technicus / Field Service Engineer / Monteur / Technicus / Servicetechnicus, Technicus, Monteur, Engineer buitendienst werk je in de regio van jouw woonplaats én deel je jouw eigen werkweek flexibel in. Begin je jouw dag graag met sporten? Bij Miele kan dat!;
Met jouw servicebus rijd je aan het einde van je werkdag naar huis. Je bestelde materialen worden ’s nachts in jouw bus geleverd, zodat je de volgende dag weer goed voorbereid en snel op pad kunt. Dat noemen wij premium!
Je maakt onderdeel uit van de serviceafdeling. Je hebt veel contact met je directe collega’s, die zowel op het kantoor of net als jij in de buitendienst werken. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor onze premium service;
Miele investeert in jouw ontwikkeling. Net na je start volg je een intern opleidingstraject. Daarin leer je alles over onze apparaten en bouw je aan jouw technische, analytische en commerciële skills.

Wat breng je mee?
Een relevante opleiding op minimaal MBO 3-niveau, bijvoorbeeld in (de richting van) mechatronica, medische technologie, elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde;
Electro-technische werkervaring. Hoeveel jaar en in welke sector, dat maakt ons niet uit. Miele biedt jou namelijk een persoonlijk trainingstraject welke precies voor jou op maat gemaakt is. Zo ontwikkel je jouw vaardigheden verder én help je ons bij het bieden van Premium Service;
In gesprekken met onze collega's toetsen we je verder op jouw communicatieve skills. Deze vaardigheden heb je nodig om een technisch complex probleem uit te kunnen vragen en op te kunnen lossen voor jouw klant.
