This role is designed to provide comprehensive training that lays the foundation for a long-term career with Mewbourne Oil Company. Over the course of approximately 3‑ to 5‑year training period, you will gain exposure to all key operational disciplines, including drilling, completions, production, and HSE. Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company Established in 1965, Mewbourne Oil Company has grown into one of the more prominent independent oil and natural gas producers in the Anadarko and Permian Basins of Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
