The buyer will manage the full purchasing cycle for electronic components, including strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and inventory management. They are also responsible for monitoring market trends to anticipate shortages and ensuring all technical specifications meet quality standards.
Candidates must have at least five years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or technological environment. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office, along with strong negotiation and communication skills, is required.
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Acheteur(euse) hautement qualifié(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe de chaîne d'approvisionnement. En tant qu'expert(e) des achats, vous serez responsable de l'approvisionnement, notamment en composants électroniques essentiels à la fabrication de nos robots de haute précision.
Approvisionnement stratégique : Gérer le cycle complet d'achat pour les pièces nécessaires à la production et à la R&D.
Négociation et gestion des fournisseurs : Identifier, évaluer et bâtir des relations solides avec des fournisseurs locaux et internationaux. Négocier les prix, les conditions de paiement et les délais de livraison.
Contrôle de la qualité et rigueur : Assurer une vérification méticuleuse des spécifications techniques en collaboration avec l'équipe d'ingénierie pour éviter toute non-conformité.
Gestion des commandes et de l'inventaire : Émettre les bons de commande, faire le suivi des livraisons, gérer les retards potentiels et maintenir des niveaux de stocks optimaux pour éviter toute interruption de production.
Veille de marché : Surveiller activement le marché pour anticiper les obsolescences de pièces (EOL) et les fluctuations de prix, et proposer des solutions alternatives de manière proactive.
Amélioration continue : Maintenir à jour les données dans le système ERP (prix, délais, paramètres d'approvisionnement) avec un niveau de précision irréprochable.
Votre profil
Expérience: Minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience pertinente en tant qu'acheteur(euse), idéalement dans un milieu manufacturier ou technologique.
Attention aux détails : Un esprit extrêmement méticuleux et rigoureux. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à repérer les erreurs que d'autres ne voient pas.
Outils informatiques : Maîtrise des systèmes ERP/MRP et excellente connaissance de la suite MS Office (particulièrement Excel).
Aptitudes de communication : Excellentes compétences en négociation et en résolution de problèmes.
Langues : Bilinguisme (français et anglais), tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, pour communiquer efficacement avec nos partenaires internationaux.

We are looking for a highly qualified Buyer to join our supply chain team. As a purchasing expert, you will be responsible for sourcing electronic components essential for manufacturing our high-precision robots.
This role requires an extremely meticulous and detail-oriented person, capable of navigating the complexities of the global market, anticipating shortages, and ensuring our rigorous quality standards are always met.
Strategic Sourcing: Manage the full purchasing cycle for components required for production and R&D.
Supplier Negotiation and Management: Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with local and international suppliers. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery times.
Quality Control and Rigor: Ensure meticulous verification of technical specifications in collaboration with the engineering team to avoid any non-compliance.
Order and Inventory Management: Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, manage potential delays, and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid production interruptions.
Market Monitoring: Actively monitor the electronic components market to anticipate parts obsolescence (EOL) and price fluctuations, and proactively propose alternative solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Keep data up-to-date in the ERP system (prices, lead times, supply parameters) with an impeccable level of accuracy.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as a buyer, ideally in a manufacturing or technological environment.
Attention to Detail: An extremely meticulous and rigorous mindset. You are recognized for your ability to spot errors that others miss.
Computer Skills: Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (particularly Excel).
Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Languages: Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written, to effectively communicate with our international partners.
