Role Summary
As an Implementation Specialist, you will guide SMB customers through the initial phase of their journey, focusing on quickly implementing the MarketMan system by uploading inventory and setting up POS integrations. Beyond implementations, you'll collaborate across teams to ensure long-term customer success by strategizing improvements, solving issues, and coordinating with account owners like Training Specialists or Customer Success Managers. Additionally, you'll relay customer feedback to the product team to enhance our offerings.
What you will do
Project Execution: Serving as the primary point of contact to customers during the implementation process. Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives. (SMB)
Client Interaction: Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues during implementation and post implementation if applicable.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes and client interactions. Work closely with our data entry team to get inventory items processed, validated, and uploaded.
Integration: Mastering the setup of POS and API integrations.
Collaboration: Communicating with training, CS, sales, and development teams to ensure a timely and successful implementation experience. Communicating customer feedback to necessary teams as they relate to implementations and integrations.
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in technical implementation or a related role.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with Google applications, Trello, SalesForce, Jira, and other tools…
