Perform diagnostics, support surgical procedures, and administer medications while maintaining accurate patient records. Educate clients on treatment plans and ensure a high standard of patient advocacy within a fast-paced clinical environment.
Requires at least 2 years of Veterinary Technician experience with confidence in anesthesia monitoring and surgical support. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a team-first mindset.

Full-time Veterinary Assistants and uncertified Techs in good standing can advance their careers through our fully sponsored Penn Foster Veterinary Technician Degree Program, one of the few AVMA-accredited online programs in the country. We pay for up to four semesters of tuition directly and support you along the way with structured check-ins and flexibility to complete required externships. After graduation, we also cover your VTNE exam and licensure fees, with no post-graduation work commitment required.
