Design and deliver analytics products that support operational and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining dashboards within approved BI platforms

  • Applying strong data visualisation principles to improve usability

  • Improving existing reports to increase clarity and adoption

  • Reducing reliance on manual Excel-based reporting

  • Supporting executive reporting through clear narrative and interpretation of data.

4. Analytical Data Preparation

Work with the Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering, Platform teams to prepare datasets suitable for analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Querying enterprise datasets

  • Validating data accuracy and investigating anomalies

  • Supporting improvements to data models and transformations

  • Performing data profiling and quality checks

  • Ensuring analytical outputs are based on consistent and reliable data.

5. Commercial & Operational Analytics

Provide analytical support across key business functions including Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance and Operations.

Examples include:

  • Sales performance and channel analysis

  • Margin and pricing analysis

  • Campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI

6. Experimentation & Advanced Analytics

Support the organisation’s development of more advanced analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and evaluating experiments and A/B tests

  • Supporting forecasting and predictive modelling initiatives

  • Exploring opportunities for automation and AI-assisted analytics

  • Contributing to the evaluation of emerging analytics technologies.

7. Stakeholder & Business Partnering

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Sales, Category, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Regional Business Units and IT teams

  • Translating business requirements into analytical solutions

  • Communicating insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Supporting workshops and analytical discussions with business teams.

What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job:

  • Proven experience in commercial analytics or business intelligence

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders using analytical insights

  • Evidence of commercial decision support experience is crucial

  • Experience designing analytical frameworks or KPI structures

  • Experience delivering end-to-end analytical projects.

  • Experience in FMCG, retail, marketplace or consumer-driven businesses is beneficial.
