The HR Assistant supports the HR department by managing recruiting activities, onboarding, and benefits administration. They are also responsible for maintaining employee records in the HCM system and coordinating company events and compliance initiatives.
An Associate's degree is required, with a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred, along with 2+ years of HR or administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS/HCM platforms, specifically Paylocity, is highly desired.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role provides hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HR technology, employee engagement, and compliance.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Hauppauge, NY, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Limited travel to our Lake Park, FL location may be required on an as needed basis.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
