Summary
The NOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting enterprise systems and production environments in a 24x7 setting. Using tools such as CA Scheduler, SCOM, QMM, Nagios, SolarWinds, and others, this role ensures systems operate efficiently, issues are resolved quickly, and service levels are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
· Monitor enterprise systems, networks, and applications using SCOM, Nagios, SolarWinds, and related monitoring tools.
· Execute and monitor production job schedules using CA Scheduler, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
· Respond to alerts and incidents, perform initial triage, and escalate according to defined procedures.
· Analyze and document recurring issues to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
· Perform system health checks, capacity monitoring, and routine operational tasks.
· Support implementation of automation and process enhancements to improve efficiency.
· Assist in disaster recovery (DR) testing and maintenance activities.
· Adhere to established procedures, security standards, and service level requirements (SLRs).
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
· Experience: 1+ years in IT operations, NOC support, or system monitoring roles.
· Technical Skills: Experience with CA Scheduler, SCOM, QMM, Nagios, SolarWinds; knowledge of production control processes, incident management, and system monitoring.
· Soft Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to work under pressure in a 24x7 environment; solid communication and teamwork abilities.
