Responsible for the development of construction toys from ideation to production follow-up, including the delivery of complete technical specifications. Collaborates with graphics, engineering, and marketing teams to create 3D models, prototypes, and instruction manuals.
Requires a degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience with 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in 3D/2D software such as SolidWorks and Adobe Suite, along with a passion for the toy industry and pop culture, is essential.

La personne idéale apportera à l’équipe de design de jouets de construction sa créativité et un bon contrôle des outils d’un designer industriel. La personne choisie sera également emballée par le jouet et engagée à obtenir des résultats extraordinaires dans un environnement interdisciplinaire en constant mouvement.
Sous la responsabilité du gestionnaire, design de produits, cette personne sera responsable de l’élaboration de jouets de construction, de l’idéation aux suivis de production, en passant par la livraison des devis techniques complets de production. Le rôle de design de produits travaille en partenariat avec les équipes graphiques, d’ingénierie et de marketing.
