We're looking for a Graphic Designer who shares that mindset. We're looking for a designer who sees possibility where others see a blank page. Someone who instinctively notices opportunities to improve design, user experience, and visual communication and can't help but think about how to make them better. Someone who can take an early concept, a loosely defined idea, or a complex business challenge and transform it into compelling work that captures attention and drives engagement. This role requires more than technical design skills. It demands curiosity, initiative, and creative problem-solving. You'll often be given objectives rather than detailed instructions, and you'll be expected to bring ideas, perspectives, and solutions to the table. If you prefer highly structured assignments with every detail mapped out, this may not be the right fit. We are seeking a versatile Creative Designer who combines graphic design, digital content creation, and marketing execution. This role will support brand development, digital campaigns, social media initiatives, video collaboration, and visual storytelling across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate is equal parts designer, content creator, and marketer who can transform business objectives into engaging visual experiences that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Design
- Own and evolve Mass Virtual’s brand identity across all channels and materials
- Design marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, event materials, and promotional assets
- Create graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising
- Design tradeshow booth graphics, signage, and event materials
- Develop and maintain brand standards and visual guidelines
- Support product launches and brand initiatives with compelling visual storytelling
Social Media & Digital Content
- Develop and execute visual content for social media platforms
- Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning
- Design assets optimized for audience engagement and conversion across digital channels
- Analyze creative performance and recommended improvements based on engagement data
Motion & Video Collaboration
- Partner with our video production team to ensure motion and video content aligns with brand standards
- Create motion graphics and animated assets for social media and marketing campaigns
- Provide creative direction and bran input on video projects as needed
UI/UX Design Support
- Collaborate with developer teams on UI/UX design components and digital product touchpoints
- Design and deliver assets for web, landing pages, digital interfaces
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to user experience thinking
AI-enhanced Creative Production
- Leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation, image generation, and production workflows
- Maintain quality control and bran consistency across AI-assisted deliverables
Creative Leadership
- Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to every project including ones no one asked for
- Present concepts confidently and explain design decisions clearly
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Take feedback constructively while knowing when to stand behind a great idea

Required Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating original thinking, creative-problem solving, a strong bran sensibility
- 3+ years of professional design experience.
- Strong typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar)
- Experience producing content for:
- Social media
- Email marketing
- Websites
- Digital advertising
- Tradeshows
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Photography and videography experience
- UX/UI design knowledge
- WordPress or CMS experience
- Marketing automation platform experience
