ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Manage venue ticketing platform (AXS).

• Act as venue liaison with AXS team.

• Answer customer inquiries about ticket availability, seating options, and event details.

• Process payments through credit card or digital transactions.

• Provide assistance with ticket exchanges or upgrades, when applicable.

• Assist with ticket scanning and resolving any ticketing software issues on the day of the event.

• Monitor and control ticket inventory for events.

• Assist in building events in AXS system and maintaining/updating ticket inventory.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming box office environment.

• Assist with will-call ticket distribution.

• Support game day operations and event preparation as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Willingness to work weekends, games, events, and some holidays.

•  Basic math and computer skills.

• All other duties as assigned.
