Manage daily operations across GTA locations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews. Handle client bookings, billing, and customer inquiries while maintaining a positive environment for families.
Requires experience in team leadership, operations, or education management with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR Level C certification and undergo a Vulnerable Sector Check.

MakerKids runs award-winning STEM programs for kids in Coding, Robotics, 3D Printing, Minecraft, and AI. Our mission is to empower the next generation of makers through fun, educational, and hands-on programs. As the Part-Time Location Administrator, you’ll play a key role in leading daily operations, supporting staff, and creating an exceptional experience for families. We’re looking for someone who is highly personable, organized, and naturally great at building relationships with both parents and employees.
The ideal candidate is confident managing people and communicating in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help foster a positive team culture, ensure programs run smoothly, and contribute directly to the success of our location and programs.
