The Manager, Internal Communications will support the delivery of engaging, employee-focused communications that bring Majid Al Futtaim’s strategy, culture, leadership priorities, people agenda, and transformation initiatives to life. The role develops and executes communication plans, campaigns, content, digital channel activities, town halls, newsletters, and employee engagement programs to drive awareness, alignment, trust, and connection across the organization.
