The Role
Maineline is hiring for this position at multiple experience levels. Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may join our team as either an Exterior Identification Signage Installation Coordinator or an Exterior Identification Signage Installation Project Manager.
Both roles support the installation of exterior identification signage projects – signs that require permits - from installation pricing and site survey coordination through final project closeout. Working closely with clients, designers, internal project managers, production, sales, and third-party installation partners, you'll coordinate the activities required to plan and deliver successful installations across the country.
The primary difference between the two roles is ownership and technical knowledge.
Installation Coordinators focus on organizing project information, coordinating site surveys, maintaining schedules, communicating with installation partners, tracking project progress, and supporting project execution.
Installation Project Managers perform all Installation Coordinator responsibilities while also owning installation planning, strategy, pricing, scheduling decisions, profitability, field issue resolution, and overall project success.
