We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, stays organized in a busy environment, and takes pride in helping the hospital run smoothly.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer incoming calls, route messages appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Check clients and patients in and out
- Confirm and update client and patient information
- Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
- Maintain accurate medical records and assist with record requests
- Manage appointment reminders and basic administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and welcoming lobby
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and fellow receptionists to support an efficient hospital workflow
- Provide calm, compassionate support during both routine and emotional visits
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

- Strong understanding of common veterinary appointment types
- Basic knowledge of preventive care and vaccines
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills

- Basic computer skills and confidence learning veterinary software
- Cornerstone experience is a plus
