Lead the maintenance team and serve as a member of the CODIR reporting directly to the Site Director. Manage maintenance operations for a plastic transformation plant operating 24/7, 365 days a year.
Requires an engineering degree and confirmed industrial experience with large-scale continuous production machinery. Must possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in EIA/mechanics, and fluent technical English.
