The technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties. This includes installing equipment, troubleshooting electrical issues, and documenting all work performed.
Candidates must possess an EPA Section 608 Certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. A high school diploma and at least 3 years of HVAC experience are preferred.

Lupine Properties is seeking a reliable Part-Time HVAC Service Technician to assist with HVAC service, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance across commercial and residential properties. This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC technician who can work independently, communicate professionally, and provide high-quality service in the field. EPA Section 608 Certification and prior HVAC service experience are required.
