The coordinator is responsible for scheduling installation appointments and managing service work orders for accessibility solutions. They collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
Candidates need at least 3 years of computer-based customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with routing, dispatching, and CRM/ERP systems is preferred.
