The Team Lead manages classroom instruction and curriculum implementation while promoting the growth of children. They also mentor fellow teachers and assume leadership duties of the Director or Assistant Director when necessary.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with experience leading a classroom in a licensed childcare facility. Preferred qualifications include a CDA or college credits toward a degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
