The Center Director manages all school operations, including staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and the implementation of educational curricula. They are responsible for ensuring state licensing compliance while fostering a nurturing environment for children and maintaining strong relationships with parents.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma and 1-2 years of supervisory experience. A CDA, associate, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
