The Retail Supervisor is responsible for building and developing a high-performing sales team while ensuring exceptional customer service standards. They also manage daily operational tasks including inventory control, cash handling, scheduling, and maintaining store presentation.
Candidates must have at least one year of related retail management experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Proficiency with retail POS systems and a strong commitment to customer service are essential.
