The Bid Analyst I manages the end-to-end bid response process, including reviewing solicitations, building accurate pricing, and ensuring all submissions are compliant. They also partner with cross-functional teams to align on bid strategy and track multiple active bids simultaneously.
Candidates must have 2–3 years of experience in bid coordination, contracts administration, or a related field, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The role requires the ability to interpret complex contractual language and work hybrid from the Carson, CA office.

Bids are how Lakeshore reaches the schools, districts, and institutions that need our products most — and this role sits at the center of that process. As a Bid Analyst I, you'll own the end-to-end coordination of bid responses: reviewing solicitations, building accurate pricing, and making sure every submission goes out complete and compliant. It's detail-intensive, deadline-driven work that directly shapes our ability to get learning materials into the hands of educators and children.
At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $31.25-$38 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
