What you'll do: 

• Provide support for Groups Team by managing systems, calendar, communication and budget.
• Coordinate data management systems, ensuring accurate tracking of volunteer participation, Rooted/Groups attendance and other key ministry metrics.
• Assist in the planning and execution of training events and ministry initiatives.
• Build relationships and support staff and volunteers
• Assist with strategic communication to staff and volunteer leaders
• Hands-on support in discovering, developing, and deploying volunteers
• Support and ensure completion of groups projects
• Carries out additional tasks and responsibilities delegated by leadership as needed.

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years prior work experience required, preferably office experience
• Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams preferred
• Experience with phones, printers, and copiers preferred
