Provide personalized customer service and sell books, gifts, and merchandising at the museum store. Manage the cash register, replenish products, and maintain store organization.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in bookstores or cultural spaces. Fluency in Basque and Spanish is required, with English or French being highly valued.
Buscamos vendedores/as para la apertura de nuestra tienda ubicada en el Museo de Bellas Artes de Bilbao.
La apertura de la tienda está prevista para el 5 de octubre de 2026, con incorporación el 22 de septiembre de 2026 para realizar la formación inicial del equipo.
Se ofrece contrato fijo discontinuo de carácter temporal, vinculado a la exposición "La Ruta del Arte BBK VII", con una duración prevista del 11 de mayo de 2026 al 9 de diciembre de 2026, a 20 horas semanales.
Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar 20 horas semanales, de lunes a domingo, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos en los que el museo permanezca abierto al público.
Buscamos personas comprometidas, dinámicas y con una clara orientación al cliente.
Atención personalizada y asesoramiento al cliente.
Venta de libros, publicaciones, objetos de regalo y merchandising.
Gestión de caja y cobro.
Reposición de productos y mantenimiento del orden de la tienda.
Colaboración en la recepción y organización de mercancía.
Garantizar una excelente experiencia de compra alineada con los valores de Laie y del museo.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en atención al cliente, preferentemente en librerías, tiendas de museos o espacios culturales.
Dominio de euskera y castellano.
Se valorará muy positivamente un buen nivel de francés y/o inglés.
Disponibilidad para incorporarse el 22 de septiembre de 2026.
Excelente orientación al cliente y habilidades comunicativas.
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
Responsabilidad y compromiso.
Interés por el mundo de la cultura, el libro, la edición y los museos.
Flexibilidad horaria.
