The consultant is responsible for retaining and servicing clients regarding all industrial relations issues, including chairing disciplinary inquiries and drafting judgments. They also handle complex matters such as wage negotiations, strike management, and retrenchments.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in HR, IR, LLB, or a related field and have over one year of experience in Industrial Relations. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are essential requirements for the role.

Salary: R17 850 CTC
