The phlebotomist is responsible for performing blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques while providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include accurate data entry, specimen processing, and managing billing information at the Patient Service Center.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a phlebotomy certification or completed training program. At least 3 months of relevant experience is required, with 1 year of experience preferred.

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00-3:30 closed for lunch 12:00-12:30
PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
