The Manure Hauler is responsible for transporting manure from the farm to approved off-site locations and maintaining vehicles. Additionally, the role supports general farm operations including planting, harvesting, and fertilizer spreading.
A CDL Class A license with a clean driving record is required. Prior experience with farm equipment and a willingness to work weekends and extended hours is preferred.
Safely load (with a payloader) and unload manure trucks
Transport manure from Kreider Farms to designated farms or field locations.
Deliver materials to farmers and maintain good working relationships.
Clean and maintain trucks to company standards.
Promote teamwork and collaborate effectively with other farm personnel.
Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards to a supervisor immediately.
Support food safety and quality procedures by reporting concerns promptly.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor or designated staff.
Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork orientation.
Willingness to work weekends as needed.
Schedule: 50-60 hours per week. More hours may be needed during harvest season.
