Job Summary
Koch & Co. is seeking a maintenance technician to be part of their team. The maintenance technician will troubleshoot, perform maintenance on equipment and more.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced facility with attention to detail
- Inspect, diagnose, and fix production equipment.
- Electrical, pneumatics, PLC and hydraulic work when necessary.
- Assist in developing preventive maintenance procedures and schedules on all equipment.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure conformance to documented best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and other maintenance staff to solve problems and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Willing to adapt to Koch & Co. procedures and processes.
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of all areas in a cabinet facility
- Maintain a safe workspace and help prevent accidents.
- Able to work without the influence of illicit drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicating substances

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 40 hours per week, with a 30-minute lunch break.
Preferred Education and Experience
Previous production experience preferred. Previous maintenance experience preferred.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Employer participates in E-verify program.
