The specialist will act as the face of KLINGER GPI in West Texas, building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers in the oil and gas industry. They are responsible for promoting sealing and control products through value-driven strategies to meet growth targets.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Previous sales experience in the oil and gas industry and a self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset are highly preferred.
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? KLINGER GPI is looking for a Sealing Product Specialist to join our West Texas team in Lubbock, TX. This role is a great fit for someone with a Process Technology certificate or anyone with sales experience in the oil and gas industry-whether inside or outside sales.
In this position, you'll work alongside a driven team, represent KLINGER products, and help drive growth across industrial markets. Your hard work won't go unnoticed-we offer a competitive pay range of $50,000 to $100,000 (dependent upon your experience), plus a quarterly KPI bonus and a vehicle allowance.

The company provides a $15,000 life insurance policy at no cost to the employee.

As an Industrial Sales Representative, you'll be the face of KLINGER GPI to our customers in West Texas. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and seek out new opportunities and grow our customer base in the oil and gas industry. You will promote KLINGER products by developing strategies that deliver value, trust, and long-term partnerships. Use your problem-solving and sales skills to exceed customer expectations and meet targets. This role is ideal if you enjoy connecting with people, thinking strategically, and having a direct impact on company growth.
To thrive as a Sealing Product Specialist at KLINGER GPI, you'll need a mix of skills, drive, and mindset that fit well with the oil and gas industry. Since you'll be on the road visiting customers, a valid driver's license and clean driving record are a must. Previous sales experience-especially in oil and gas-will give you a strong foundation, and being comfortable with sales tools and software will help you hit the ground running.
