Perform on-site inspections of water and wastewater infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents. Document daily operations, manage field communications with stakeholders, and assist project managers with progress reporting and issue resolution.
Requires at least 3 years of construction inspection or observation experience, preferably in water or wastewater infrastructure. Candidates must be able to interpret construction plans and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Since 1982, KLH Engineers, Inc. has provided engineering services to over 600 municipal clients, and we are currently performing work for over 90 Authorities and Municipalities. Our experience is varied and includes planning, design, operations, permitting, and construction administration of municipal facilities. Our firm’s personnel bring a unique blend of expertise thereby enhancing the creativeness, inventiveness, and practicality of our engineering services. The four owners of the firm are all professional engineers and control the day-to-day operation of the company. We currently employ 80+ individuals that include a staff of about 25 engineers, a drafting department, and a full-time surveying crew headed by a registered Professional Land Surveyor. Fifteen of our engineers are registered Professional Engineers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with many holding registrations in other states throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
