The Customer Service Representative is responsible for creating shipping documents and managing inventory control. They will also interface directly with customers to ensure effective communication.
The ideal candidate must have computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with inventory systems and strong communication skills are also required.
