Maintain the interior and exterior of a seven-building campus, including painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Perform preventative maintenance and landscaping to ensure a professional appearance for customers and employees.
Candidates need experience in commercial or residential painting and general knowledge of building maintenance and basic IT troubleshooting. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Kelly Ford is looking for a dependable, hardworking Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position works directly with our Director of Maintenance & IT and plays a key role in keeping our seven-building, 14-acre campus operating efficiently and looking its best every day.
Kelly Ford is part of the Kelly Automotive Group, a family-owned company that has proudly served customers since 1929. We are the oldest family-owned automotive dealership in Brevard County and operate 12 franchise dealerships throughout Florida and Pennsylvania.
Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
