The Project Manager coordinates resources, equipment, and information to ensure new product launches are completed successfully within time and budget. They manage project timelines, track innovation-to-production milestones, and facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and customers.
A bachelor's degree in business or operations management is strongly preferred, with at least 3 years of project management experience. Candidates must be proficient in project planning tools and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and organization of resources, equipment, meetings and information to ensure that all new product launches are successful (e.g. within time and budget).
