Manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of new store builds and relocations across the Total Tools network. Coordinate with franchisees, suppliers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Requires solid experience in retail fit-outs or construction, specifically within big-box or large-format retail. Must have a strong understanding of BCA, WH&S compliance, and the flexibility to travel nationally.
We’re looking for a Store Fit Out Manager to join our Store Development team, playing a key role in delivering new store builds and relocations across our Total Tools network.
This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end role where you’ll take ownership of planning, coordinating and delivering retail fit‑outs, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, on budget and to brand standards.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, franchisees and external partners, and will be on the road regularly, seeing your projects come to life from concept through to handover. Ideal candidate will be comfortable travelling nationally, including spending 3 – 4 weeks away from home a few times each year.
