The RN Team Leader collaborates with clinicians to develop a high-functioning, self-directed team while overseeing daily staffing and workflow processes. They act as a mentor and coach to staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to organizational policies.
Requires a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, an Oregon RN license, and BLS certification. Candidates must have at least two years of RN experience in acute or ambulatory care, including two years of scrubbing and circulating experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience in an acute care or ambulatory care/clinical setting within the last five (5) years.
