Candidates must have relevant academic training or demonstrable experience in occupational health and safety, along with several years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English and familiarity with health and safety management systems like ISO 45001 are required.

🌟 Tu misión
En esta posición serás responsable de desarrollar, implementar y mejorar de forma continua la estrategia y las políticas de Seguridad y Salud en el Centro de Distribución. Garantizarás que la seguridad esté plenamente integrada en las operaciones diarias y que se cumplan rigurosamente todas las normativas legales, regulaciones aplicables y estándares internos de la compañía.
Trabajando en estrecha colaboración con managers y empleados, desempeñarás un papel clave en la creación y consolidación de una cultura preventiva sólida y proactiva en todo el centro.
🔑 Principales responsabilidades
🦺 Liderar el desempeño en materia de Seguridad y Salud, garantizando el cumplimiento legal dentro del Centro de Distribución.
🎯 Traducir la estrategia corporativa de Seguridad y Salud Laboral en planes de acción e iniciativas efectivas a nivel local.
📋 Implementar, supervisar y mejorar continuamente procedimientos, políticas y directrices de seguridad.
🔍 Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos, inspecciones de seguridad y promover medidas preventivas y correctivas.
⚠️ Investigar, gestionar y realizar el seguimiento de incidentes, accidentes, cuasi accidentes y acciones de mejora.
📈 Definir e impulsar objetivos, indicadores (KPIs) y planes de acción en materia de Seguridad y Salud.
🤝 Fomentar una sólida cultura de seguridad, promoviendo la participación activa de los empleados en las iniciativas preventivas.
🎓 Coordinar programas de formación en Seguridad y Salud, asegurando un alto nivel de concienciación en toda la organización.
💬 Colaborar estrechamente con managers, equipos y otros stakeholders clave para impulsar la mejora continua y la excelencia operativa.
✅ Garantizar el cumplimiento de toda la legislación aplicable en materia de Seguridad y Salud, así como de las políticas y requisitos internos de JYSK.
🎯 Lo que aportarás
🎓 Formación académica relevante y/o experiencia demostrable en el ámbito de la Seguridad y Salud Laboral.
📈 Varios años de experiencia profesional en una posición similar.
🦺 Experiencia trabajando con sistemas de gestión de Seguridad y Salud (por ejemplo, ISO 45001) y sólidos conocimientos de la legislación aplicable en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
🗣️ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, con capacidad para influir, asesorar e involucrar a diferentes stakeholders y niveles de la organización.
✈️ Disponibilidad para viajar a otros Centros de Distribución internacionales cuando sea necesario. Por supuesto, JYSK se hará cargo de los gastos de viaje y alojamiento.
