Travailler chez JYSK, c’est rejoindre une entreprise Retail qui a pour ambition d’être le choix numéro 1 des candidats. En tant qu'apprenti dans un magasin JYSK, tes tâches sont variées : mise en rayon, facing, préparation de commandes client, tenue de la réserve … Même si le plus important est bien entendu la vente. Tu apprendras à comprendre et satisfaire les besoins d’un client.
Durant tout ton apprentissage, tu seras formé et tu collaboreras avec toute l’équipe.
Avant et pendant ton apprentissage, tu feras des points réguliers avec ton tuteur pour discuter de tes progrès, de ton potentiel et de ton évolution.
Tu apprendras dans un premier temps la routine du magasin, puis à présenter nos produits et à bien savoir les vendre. Si tu es performant tu pourras te voir confier la responsabilité de ton propre rayon du magasin.
Que ce soit au Danemark, en France ou dans tous les autres pays JYSK, beaucoup de nos managers ont débuté en tant qu’apprenti(e).
