Responsabilités et missions:
Mettre en place, développer et valider des analyses protéomiques par spectrométrie de masse.
Contribuer à la caractérisation et à la quantification de peptides et protéines dans différents modèles cellulaires et tissulaires par spectrométrie de masse
Participer aux travaux de qualification des appareillages et de validation des procédés.
Participer à la rédaction des procédures techniques et de contrôle.
Participer à l'interprétation des résultats complexes.
Mettre en forme les résultats et contribuer à la rédaction des rapports d'étude associés.
Contribuer ou mener des projets d’amélioration continue, qui peuvent bénéficier des outils de la méthodologie lean.
Réaliser ces activités dans le respect des procédures Qualité applicables, ainsi que dans le respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité, de sureté et d’environnement en vigueur.

Capacité à travailler en transverse, au sein d’équipes pluridisciplinaires
Compétences en spectrométrie de masse protéomique quantitative

General Mission:
The Proteomics Research Associate holds a position requiring both technical and scientific expertise to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying diseases and to identify/validate targets and biomarkers using translational approaches.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop, implement, and validate proteomic analyses using mass spectrometry.
Contribute to the characterization and quantification of peptides and proteins in various cellular and tissue models using mass spectrometry.
Participate in equipment qualification activities and process validation.
Contribute to the drafting of technical and quality control procedures.
Participate in the interpretation of complex results.
Prepare and present results and contribute to the drafting of associated study reports.
Contribute to or lead continuous improvement projects, which may benefit from Lean methodology tools.
Carry out these activities in compliance with applicable Quality procedures, as well as current Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) requirements.
Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to work cross-functionally within multidisciplinary teams.
Expertise in quantitative proteomics mass spectrometry.
Ability to interpret experimental results.
Ability to present and communicate results effectively.
Knowledge of and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and health and safety requirements.
Experience and Education:
