Betreuung der IT-Anwender bei Hard- und Software-Fragen an den JUNG-Standorten mit Schwerpunkten in Schalksmühle und Lünen
Entgegennahme, Analyse, Lösung sowie Dokumentation von IT-Anwenderanfragen und Störungsmeldungen im Rahmen des First- und Second-Level-Supports
Beschaffung, Installation (mittels Softwareverteilung) und Rollout von Client-Computersystemen, Sicherstellen der Betriebsbereitschaft
Pflege von Anwendern und Berechtigungen im Microsoft Active-Directory und in Microsoft Azure
Unterstützung des IT-Infrastruktur-Teams in den Bereichen Server- und Infrastruktur-Management
Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Projekten
Technische Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d)
