Assist residential conveyancing solicitors by managing a caseload and liaising with clients, agents, and lenders. Handle pre and post-exchange processes including drafting documents, undertaking searches, and completing registrations.
Requires a qualifying law degree and GCSEs in Maths and English, with a Legal Practice Course being desirable. Candidates should have experience in a similar conveyancing role and a strong understanding of residential property processes.
