Monitor traffic signals and cameras to identify incidents and congestion while coordinating responses with public safety and field crews. Manage real-time signal timing adjustments and communicate roadway information via social media and electronic message signs.
Requires either an associate degree with 1 year of relevant experience or a high school diploma with 2 years of experience in a Traffic Management Center. Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, Synchro, and Tru-Traffic software is required.
