At Premium Parking, we create great places to park. As a Compliance Agent, you'll play an important role in ensuring our parking facilities remain safe, organized, and accessible for everyone. Through a combination of customer service, field monitoring, and operational awareness, you'll help maintain a positive parking experience while supporting compliance with posted parking regulations.
Available Shifts
Saturday-Sunday only
What You'll Do
Monitor parking facilities, streets, garages, and surface lots to ensure compliance with posted parking rules
Issue parking invoices and accurately document vehicle and parking activity using handheld technology
Assist guests by answering questions and providing directions, parking information, and general support
Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, vandalism, or equipment issues
Report unauthorized parking, operational concerns, hazards, and unusual activity
Help ensure parking equipment, signage, and pay stations remain visible and in good condition
Support special events, peak traffic periods, and other operational needs as assigned
Promote a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members
What We're Looking For
Strong judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfort using handheld devices and basic technology (training provided)
Commitment to safety and maintaining high operational standards
QualificationsRequired
Must be 21 years of age or older at time of hire.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Comfortable using handheld devices and basic technology (training provided).
Ability to understand and apply parking regulations.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
Ability to bend, lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs throughout a shift.
Ability to work in and around moving vehicles and active traffic areas.
Must pass required drug screening and criminal background check.
Preferred
Knowledge of local geography.
Familiarity with traffic hazards and safety precautions.
Previous parking, compliance, hospitality, or customer service experience.
