The Building Technician IV leads daily operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. They also supervise subcontractors, manage inventory, and provide technical guidance to lower-level technicians.
Candidates must have at least nine years of senior technical experience, a high school diploma, and relevant vocational training. Essential certifications include a Universal CFC license and a State Certified Journeyman’s license.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Specialist responsible for leading day-to-day building/portfolio technicians with troubleshooting all building system problems, performing repairs, and inspecting systems to ensure proper maintenance. Support the Chief Building Technician by utilizing one or more specialized skills including, but not limited to electrical systems, HVAC, boilers/chillers, plumbing, etc. Leads teams in the absence of the Chief Building Technician.
