The analyst will perform field inspections of commercial properties and conduct market research on sales, rents, and zoning. They will also assist in financial modeling and the preparation of comprehensive valuation reports using core appraisal methodologies.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred, though no prior appraisal experience is required. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and proficiency in MS Office.
