Provide strategic oversight of regulatory reporting and governance to ensure full compliance with Hong Kong regulatory requirements. Lead the management of regulatory enquiries, internal investigations, and the enhancement of the firm's compliance monitoring framework.
Requires over 10 years of experience in compliance or regulatory functions within the securities industry, preferably at a global investment bank. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
