The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on facility equipment and building systems. They coordinate with production and warehouse teams to minimize downtime and manage external maintenance contracts.
Candidates should possess a strong mechanical and automation-centered maintenance skillset. Experience with boiler systems, compressed air, filling equipment, and the handling of LP gas or flammables is preferred.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Franklin location.
Job Summary: The Maintenance is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment and building systems to support safe and efficient operations. This position performs preventive maintenance, responds to maintenance requests, conducts routine equipment inspections, and works closely with warehouse and production teams to minimize downtime.
