Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize material costs and ensure availability for customer requirements. Manage supplier performance, negotiate pricing and terms, and lead SCM initiatives to improve efficiency.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Materials Logistics Management, or a related field. Prefers 3 to 8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and materials planning, with mandatory negotiation skills and English fluency.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies and optimize the overall cost of materials.
Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
